By accessing or using the Billzestpos platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including restaurant operators, staff, and customers.
Description of Service
Billzestpos provides a cloud-based restaurant management platform including:
- Point of Sale (POS) software
- Inventory and menu management
- Analytics and reporting (Billzest BI)
- Kitchen Display System (KDS)
- Customer management and loyalty programs
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring all users in your organization comply with these terms
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trial periods do not require payment information unless you upgrade.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use automated bots or scrapers on the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
Limitation of Liability
Billzestpos Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months. The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
